If you are definitely interested in our services, to get started, you will need to do the following:

• First, either email or call me (see contact details to your left) so that we can schedule time to accurately outline your project requirements.
• After reviewing the details, I will submit a no obligation estimate to you within 24 hrs.5 for your review.
• If after receiving the estimate you still want to continue, please contact me and I will send you our Web Design & Development Agreement to read, update (if necessary), sign and fax back. The contract is important for both parties, it guarantees that your project is completed as specified and it protects us from unpaid accounts due to cancelled projects.
• Once the contract is signed by both parties, I will email a copy to you for your records. Within 10 business days (or as otherwise specified in our contract), you will be required to pay 1/3 of the total amount awarded for the project up front before work begins. The rest of the amount will be paid at each milestone as specified in the Web Design & Development Agreement.
• After each milestone has been completed and the final deliverables submitted, the final payment should be made within 10 business days (or as otherwise specified in our contract) and your business with us and your project is then complete. No developer is perfect, if necessary, rest assured that I will provide free error correction for up to 30 days from the date of completion.
