- Before ordering, please contact me for a consultation so that I can help you pick the best service for your needs.
- If you only need a quick fix, then choose a "per incident" package. Payment is due before work begins.
- All "Webmaster" packages include a 3-month mandatory contract.
- Webmastering services are best for people that make more than 10 updates/edits per week to their site.
- Upgrades are made on flash pages, databases, forms, javascript and applications. Upgrades are not stand-alone apps or scripts, but upgrades to already created pages.
- Edits are made on pages where there are obvious errors or incorrect programming or logic.
- Updates are made on pages where the content is either outdated or has changed.
- Site themes are additions to your current site design for use on special occasions such as holidays and events.
- You will receive a detailed quote at the end of each month.
- All services can be mixed and matched to meet your needs.
- Any edits that are directly related to my updates, edits, upgrades, new pages and site themes are not included in your total counts for your service package.
- I reserve the right to update my prices after the 3-month contract has expired.
- Additions are per incident and are not apart of the base price per month.
- Services can not be 'rolled over' to the next month.

Have experience developing web sites and need a design only? For a limited time only you can get a design for $99. You get one page in Adobe Fireworks, PhotoShop or Illustrator (recommended).
Please note that this is a new custom design-only that will be used as a template on my site. Other users on the site will be able to purchase this design for their usage as well.

Lazy Girl Prices
Web design is a specialized process and there is no "cookie cutter" price for the design process. I take into account your budget, project size and amount of time required to complete the design project. A redesign for a corporate client should not cost the same as a redesign for a personal website.
I have designed custom sites for $500 to $4500. The prices truly depend on the following elements:
- Time
- Complexity
- Budget
- Referrals: Get 25% off your design order. Refer Lazy Girl to one of your colleagues, clients, friends or family and if they purchase web design services, you get 25% off of your design.
And with all web design orders, payments are ALWAYS made in installments. In order to give a fair estimate of cost I ask that you please complete a quote.
I encourage you to shop around and see what other developers are charging.
And if you shop around, you'll notice some developers won't work with budget and they have a set price they won't go below.
In fact, present me with any legitimate offer from any competitor and I'll match it or beat it! 
What the Other Guys Charge
To get you started, here are some industry standards for web design and development. Once you receive your estimate from Lazy Girl you'll see that my prices are very competitive and my work way above average.
- Templates ($50-$150) - Templates are pre-made web designs. The templates are usually shared and more than one person will have your website design. Templates are a good idea if you want to setup a personal web page such as a blog or where uniqueness does not matter.
- Buy-out Templates ($2000 - $3000) - These are also pre-made web designs however you have the option of purchasing it so that no other person can have your design. If you consider this option, you want to pick a template that has very few downloads...max 5 people who have your new design.
- Design Only ($150 - $300) - If you have some web development experience but no design experience this is a great "do it yourself" option. You will receive a design only, in Adobe Fireworks, Illustrator or Photoshop. And then you have to transfer the design images to the web.
- Entire Site New Design ($5000+) - If you want a brand new site for your business that is unique and customized to your specifications then this will be your first choice. It costs more because you are paying for the design as well as the design and style of all of your pages for your site.
- Entire Site Re-Design ($7000+) - The reason why the price increased is because the web developer is working with pre-existing code. The more code they have to work around the more the cost will be. It is always better to start from scratch and save in cost but this isn't always an option when working with Content Management Systems such as WordPress or Joomla.

It was truly amazing. Actually, the obsession with the web, particularly AOL, almost cost me my college scholarship! Homework? What's that? Lol, all I remembered when I got out of my classes was the ever popular sound of "You've Got Mail". And along with AOL came an abundance of web sites waiting to be explored.
Wow, I had so many questions. "How were they built?" "Where do the web sites reside?" "How can I learn to build websites?" My curiosity was insatiable and I visited Amazon.com almost on a weekly basis to buy books to load my mind with all sorts of information about web sites and design. I'm so glad I did.
I love web design because the possibilities are endless. To date, I have been designing websites for almost 15 years.

Lazy Girl "Get to Know Me"
Awh, software development, my arch enemy who became one of my greatest loves had to grow on me for some years. I think I disliked it so much because I didn't have creative control over the applications I developed. Who cared about writing code that could duplicate the Fibonacci sequence? Boring! lol.
My senior year in college was the first time I had creative freedom. My project was to develop any application of my choice using a programming language called C++. When I realized that I had creative freedom and I was not limited to the assignments given to me by my professor, I fell in love with application development, I worked day and night creating my very first custom application, the Professor's Workshop. I remember it like it was yesterday and still have the code :-). It was an application that the professors could use to keep track of students and all their related information such as grades, majors and attendance.
The entire experience was awesome and unforgettable.
